Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Also contained in this new photograph release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling distinct areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
